🛍️ For Products (Vacation & Travel Items)
We understand that plans change — and sometimes you just change your mind.
That’s perfectly okay! You can return or exchange your item within [14 days] of receiving it.
Here’s what to keep in mind:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Make sure it includes all tags, labels, and accessories.
- If you received the wrong item or one that’s faulty, don’t worry — we’ll take care of everything and cover the shipping costs for you.
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or preference, we’re happy to help — you’ll just need to cover the delivery fee.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, some items — like sunscreens, opened skincare products, or snorkeling gear — can’t be returned.
🧭 For Trips & Experiences
We know things can come up before a trip — so we’ve made our cancellation policy flexible.
- You can cancel your trip up to [5 days] before the date and get a full refund.
- If you cancel within [48 hours], a small fee (50%) will apply — we only do this because arrangements are already confirmed with our partners.
- If you can’t make it, please just let us know — we’ll always try to help you reschedule whenever possible.
- If a trip is canceled by us (like due to weather or safety reasons), you’ll receive a full refund or we’ll happily book you for another day.
